User-Submitted Content Terms
ChuckKinney.com is operated by SynquUp, LLC (“we,” “us”). These terms apply to product reviews, testimonials, and any other content you submit on chuckkinney.com (“User Content”).
What you’re agreeing to when you post
By submitting a review, testimonial, or other content, you confirm that:
• You wrote it yourself and it reflects your own genuine experience
• It doesn’t include personal or identifying information about yourself or anyone else — including full names of others, addresses, financial details, or clinical/medical details tied to an identifiable person
• You’re not being paid or compensated to post it, unless that’s disclosed as required by FTC guidelines
What’s not allowed
We may decline to publish, or may remove, content that:
• Includes personal, identifying, or sensitive information
• Contains harassment, hate speech, or content that puts someone’s safety at risk
• Makes health claims about the books, workbooks, or Emergency Life Binder™ products that go beyond what we can substantiate — for example, claims that these products treat, cure, or prevent a medical condition
• Is spam, fraudulent, or violates any law or another person’s rights
Content is public and reflects individual experience, not medical outcomes
Reviews and testimonials are individual opinions and experiences. They don’t represent a guarantee that any other reader or user will have the same outcome, and they are not medical advice.
Ownership and license
You keep ownership of what you write. By posting, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and share your content on chuckkinney.com and in related marketing (such as a quoted testimonial on a product page), for as long as it remains posted or in active use.
If you experience harassment
If you feel you’ve been the target of harassment, threats, or abusive content from another user on this site, please contact us at chuck@synquup.com. Let us know what happened and, if possible, where it occurred (which review, comment, or page) — we’ll review it and take appropriate action, which may include removing the content and restricting the person’s ability to post.
Removal
You can request removal of your own content by contacting chuck@synquup.com. We may also decline to publish or may remove any content at our discretion.
No liability for user content
We are not responsible for the accuracy of anything submitted by users, and are not liable for harm arising from reliance on User Content.
