This Privacy Policy explains what information ChuckKinney.com collects, why, and how it is handled. ChuckKinney.com is operated by SynquUp, LLC (“we,” “us”).

What we collect

  • Purchase and account information: name, shipping address, email, and order history, collected through Shopify to process and fulfill your orders.
  • Payment information: processed directly by our payment processor (Shopify Payments or equivalent). We do not store your full card number.
  • Contact information you provide: if you sign up for our Tru-Insights newsletter, send us a message through our contact form, or submit a review.
  • Basic technical information: browser type, device, and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar technologies that Shopify uses to run the store (for example, keeping items in your cart, checkout, security, and store performance reporting).
  • Order fulfillment information shared with Lulu and Printful: your shipping address and order details are shared with these print-on-demand partners only to produce and ship your order. See our Shipping Policy.

No advertising tracking

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertising partners to show you ads on other websites. We do not use advertising or retargeting pixels (such as Meta Pixel, Google Ads, TikTok Pixel, or the Pinterest tag) on this site. The only promotions you will see from us are our own, on our own sites and in emails you have chosen to receive.

How we use information

To process orders, fulfill purchases through Lulu and Printful, respond to your questions, send communications you have opted into, display product reviews, keep the site secure, and understand overall store performance.

What we do not do

We do not require health information to use this site or buy products. Please do not include identifying or sensitive personal or health information about yourself or others in reviews or messages. See our User-Submitted Content Terms.

Service providers who help us run the store (payment processors, shipping carriers, review and email providers) may use your information only to provide their services to us, not for their own marketing.

A note on the Emergency Life Binder™: the ELB is a document you fill in yourself, on your own device, after purchase. We do not receive, see, or store the personal or health information you enter into your completed ELB.

SynquUp tools: SynquUp’s Health Hubs and care-finding tools are on SynquUp.com and are covered by the SynquUp.com Privacy Policy, not this one.

Third-party services

We use Shopify to operate our store, Lulu and Printful to fulfill physical orders, and Judge.me to collect and display product reviews. Our free downloads and Tru-Insights PDFs are stored on Google Drive, and our pages load fonts and code from Google Fonts and Cloudflare. When these load, those services receive your device’s IP address and basic browser information. After you buy, Judge.me may send you one email asking for a review. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time. If you message us or comment a keyword on our Facebook or Instagram posts, we use ManyChat to send you an automated reply, such as a link to a free resource you asked for; ManyChat receives your public profile name and the messages you exchange with us. If you leave a review, the name you provide, your review, and your rating are shown publicly on the product page. Each of these providers has its own privacy practices for the information shared with them for these purposes.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email we send. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we honor it as a request to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information, even though we do not sell or share personal information for advertising.

Data retention

We keep order and account information as long as needed to fulfill orders, meet legal and tax obligations, and support customer service.

California and other state privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, to request correction or deletion, and to not be discriminated against for using these rights. To make a request, email us at the address below. We will verify your request before acting on it.

Children’s privacy

This site and its products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
