Digital Product Policy
ChuckKinney.com Digital Product Policy
Last updated: September 6, 2026
ChuckKinney.com is operated by SynquUp, LLC (“we,” “us”). This policy covers digital products sold on chuckkinney.com — ebooks and the SynquUp™ Emergency Life Binder™ (ELB), General and Oncology editions, both delivered as fillable PDF documents.
What you’re buying
Digital products are files, not services. When you purchase an ebook or an ELB, you receive:
• A downloadable PDF file, delivered via email or an account download link after purchase
• For the ELB specifically: a printable, fillable PDF form — not a pre-assembled physical binder, and not a hosted online tool. You fill it in and print or save it yourself.
No physical item ships for any digital product.
Delivery
Digital products are typically available immediately after purchase, delivered to the email address you provide at checkout. This applies to all digital products sold on chuckkinney.com — ebooks and both editions of the Emergency Life Binder™ (General and Oncology).
A valid, working email address is required to receive your digital download. You are responsible for entering your email correctly at checkout and for checking that address (including your spam or promotions folder) for the delivery email. If you provide an incorrect or mistyped email address, or an email account you no longer have access to, we cannot guarantee delivery, and this does not entitle you to a refund under our Refund Policy — download eligibility for a replacement (not a refund) still applies if you genuinely never received the file due to an email issue on our end. Contact us at chuck@synquup.com within 7 days of purchase if you believe you provided a working email and still didn’t receive your file, and we’ll verify and resend to a corrected address if appropriate.
Download limit: each purchase allows up to 3 downloads of the file. Once you’ve downloaded and saved your file, keep your own copy — additional downloads beyond the limit may not be available, and running out of downloads due to your own repeated re-downloading is not grounds for a refund or a free additional copy.
License — what you can and can’t do with the file
Purchasing a digital product gives you a personal, non-transferable license to:
• Download and save the file for your own use
• Print physical copies for your own personal or household use
• Fill in the ELB with your own information
You may not:
• Resell, redistribute, or share the file with anyone outside your household
• Post the file, in whole or part, publicly online (including on social media, file-sharing sites, or forums)
• Use the content commercially or claim authorship of it
• Remove copyright or trademark notices from the file
This license is for the content, not just the copy — sharing a “personal use only” file with others is a license violation even if no money changes hands.
Refunds — download means final sale
Digital product refunds are governed by our Refund Policy: once a file is downloaded, it is not refundable, with narrow exceptions for corrupted files (handled as a replacement, not a refund) and unaccessed accidental duplicate purchases. See the Refund Policy for full details — this policy and that one are meant to be read together.
Corrupted or inaccessible files
If your file won’t open, appears corrupted, or is missing pages, contact us at chuck@synquup.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number. We’ll send a working replacement file. This is a replacement, not a refund — see our Refund Policy.
Device and software compatibility
Our digital products are standard PDF files. You’re responsible for having software capable of opening and, for the ELB, filling in a fillable PDF (such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, free to download) before purchasing. We’re not responsible for compatibility issues with unsupported or outdated software.
Updates to digital products
If we release a corrected or updated version of a digital product you’ve purchased (for example, fixing an error or adding a new field to the ELB), we may — at our discretion, and not as an obligation — make the updated file available to past purchasers. This isn’t guaranteed for every update.
Content accuracy
Digital products, including the ELB and educational ebooks, are provided for informational and organizational purposes and are not medical, legal, or insurance advice. See our Medical Disclaimer for the full scope of what this content is and isn’t.
Your data in the ELB
The Emergency Life Binder is a document you fill in yourself, on your own device. We do not receive, store, or have access to the personal or health information you enter into your completed ELB — it exists only on your own computer, printed copy, or wherever you choose to save or share it.
