Shipping Policy
Shipping Policy
Last updated: September 6, 2026
ChuckKinney.com is operated by SynquUp, LLC (“we,” “us”). This policy covers shipping for physical products only — paperback books and any printed merchandise. Digital products (ebooks and the Emergency Life Binder™) are not shipped; see our Digital Product Policy.
Who actually ships your order
We don’t warehouse or ship physical products ourselves. Orders are fulfilled directly by our print-on-demand partners:
• Books are printed and shipped by Lulu
• Merchandise is printed and shipped by Printful
Because these are third-party print-on-demand services, we do not set shipping rates, carriers, or delivery timelines — Lulu and Printful do, and those terms can change without notice on their end. Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on your order’s weight, dimensions, and delivery address.
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees
Delivery windows shown at checkout come from Lulu and Printful and reflect typical production and shipping time, not a guaranteed delivery date. Production (printing/binding) happens before shipping even begins, so total time from order to delivery is longer than shipping time alone. We are not responsible for delays caused by:
• Production time at Lulu or Printful
• Carrier delays (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or whichever carrier is assigned to your order)
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout
• Customs processing on international orders, where applicable
International orders
If international shipping is available at checkout, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in the shipping cost calculated at checkout and are not refundable by us if the order is refused or abandoned at customs.
Lost, missing, or delayed packages
If tracking shows a package as delivered but you haven’t received it, or if a package appears lost in transit, contact us at chuck@synquup.com with your order number. We’ll help coordinate a claim with Lulu or Printful, but resolution (replacement, refund, or otherwise) is ultimately subject to their fulfillment and shipping-carrier policies, since they manage the shipping relationship with the carrier.
Order changes and cancellations
Cancellation windows differ by product, because Lulu and Printful operate differently. These windows reflect Lulu’s and Printful’s current policies as of the date above — since we don’t control their production systems, these windows can change if either company updates their process, without notice to us.
• Books (Lulu): As of this policy’s last update, you have 24 hours from the time of order to request a cancellation or change before the book enters production. After that window, you cannot cancel or change the order.
• Merchandise (Printful): As of this policy’s last update, clothing and other printed merchandise enter production immediately upon order — there is no cancellation window. Once placed, these orders cannot be changed or canceled.
Contact us immediately at chuck@synquup.com if you notice an error on a book order — we can only act within whatever window is in effect at the time, and we can't guarantee a request will be processed in time, even within that window.
Address accuracy
You’re responsible for entering a correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer, and reshipping to a corrected address is at the customer’s expense.
